La Stone therapy uses both hot and cold stones to massage the body.  You recline on a spinal layout of hot and cold stones with stones placed also on the front of your body.  Hot stones are then used to massage your arms, legs, and neck.  After being thoroughly massaged on the front of your body, you are turned over and massaged over your back, glutes, legs, and arms.  La Stone is a very relaxing treatment and a real treat to your muscles.
